Company Policies

Deposits, trial fee's, & final payments are non-refundable. Payments are due the day before of rendering services. Changes must be made before signing of contract. You may add services (in a timely matter) & are responsible for all payments of services in your reservation.

These terms are non-negotiable. 

Hotel, parking fees must be covered for each artist working your reservation. 

Travel rates do apply.  

For out of town inquiries - Overnight reservations must cover: Air fare, Hotel stay, parking & travel fees that may apply. 

A late fee of $25 dollars will be applied every 20 mins a client is late for their service time. We have a timeline that we all must follow. At the end if the artist has time, she/he will be more than happy to accommodate. Late fee still applies nonnegotiable. Late fee must be paid in cash or best form of payment before the client or artist leaves. We are not responsible for unfinished services due to being late.

In order to provide the Highest quality of service our team requires a safe & comfortable space. Please keep in mind that our team is traveling with all the tools (Makeup equipment, Chairs, Hot tools & our lighting systems) for your beauty needs.  Please make sure that the space we will servicing in is appropriate for the occasion. Our goal is to provide excellent service as well as a beautiful memorable experience.
